The websites I look forward to reading the most are not only those with interesting content but also the ones written by folks whom I feel connected to.

The good news is I read every email I get. The bad news is I am not always able to respond quickly, or even at all, sometimes. I very much appreciate the time and energy it takes you to share something, so please don’t take it personal if I don’t write back. Just remember that you are still awesome.

Moreover, if you have a response to something I’ve posted here then write about it on your own site. Putting your thoughts into words and putting those words in front of your own readers can be a gutsy move, and I highly recommend it.
