I’ve noticed that a few times per week Backblaze the mds load would kick in at 100% and it was driving me and my MacBook Air’s fans bonkers. I knew it was related to Backblaze but didn’t know if it was normal or not and if not then what to do about it. Well, it’s not normal and this trick worked for me.
